•           Standard Delivery: £10.95 for delivery within 3-5 working days

•           Next-Day Delivery: £12.95 for delivery within 48 hours (order must be placed before 2 PM)

4.2 Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver products within the timeframes specified above. However, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 Risk and Title

Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you at the time of delivery or, if you wrongfully fail to take delivery, at the time when delivery was attempted.

Title to the products will not pass to you until we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

5.2 Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

5.3 Return Process

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, in which case we will bear the cost of return.

5.4 Refund Process

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

•           14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

•           14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

•           If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

5.5 Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. You have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund. We will assess the product and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
